Purpose for handling personal information
Personal information will only be used for handling the trade between the seller and the customer and for archival purposes of the web shop. Information requested when making the order are not used for purposes other than those related to fulfilling the order or to clarify uncertainties thereof. The information will not be used for marketing purposes.
Legal basis for handling the personal information is the contract between Binderi and the customer and legal duties which arise thereof. Release of the personal information is prerequisite for the contract itself.
Information held in the registry
The registry contains the following personal information: Name, address, phone number, postal code, place of residence and email address.

The information are voluntarily submitted by the customer during the process of making the order.
Transfer of information to outside of EU or ETA
The information will not be transferred outside of EU or ETA by actions of the keeper of the registry.
Principles of safeguarding the registry
All customer information will be handled confidentially. The information are password protected, and will only be handled by the keeper of the registry. The information is only released to third parties by legal reasons, such as customer's own request or legal requests by the authorities.
Keeping times of the information
The information will be held in the registry for one month (30 days) after making the order.
Rights of the customers
The customers have a right to request what information of them are contained in the registry and to request the removal of the information related to them by notifying the keeper of the registry by email at info@binderi.fi.
Translation of Binderi's privacy policy
This document is a translation of the Finnish version ('Tietosuojakäytäntö'), and if there are any discrepancies between Finnish and English versions, the Finnish version will be the one used.
